VETAL Animal Health Products Company was set up in 1991 by a group of investors and veterinary doctors as first private sector company in Turkey to produce veterinary vaccines for sheep, goat and cattles in Adıyaman city which is famous for mountain NEMRUT.

          VETAL first produced pox vaccine and some clostridial vaccines for sheep and goat. Today the company produces all main vaccines including foot and mouth disease vaccine.

          The company has focused on improvement of her products. Therefore, VETAL has several technical co operation arrangements with companies and with experts producing veterinary vaccines in European and in South America.

          VETAL is capable of producing of custom made veterinary vaccines as per request of customer.

          The production facility is in industrial zone over a land of 20.000 square meters.

          The company‘s main goal is total satisfaction of her customers.

          All entries and exits are in card accessible. All functions, such as air, water, pressurized air are controlled on computers.

          The staff working in the company is well trained and experienced. The head of production has been working in the company for more than 15 years.

          Each product produced is subject to strict quality control tests and run by independent staff responsible directly to the general manager. The quality control tests are carried out in the facility and in the farm in target animals.

          Furtmore, VETAL runs cattle farm of about several thousand heads for beef and for experimental work and manages about 120 hectare land for green feed and alfa –alfa.

          VETAL today has major share in supply of veterinary vaccines in Turkey and exports her products to several countries either directly or via international organizations, such as F.A.O., U.N and E.U.
